Maybach sculpture

Maybach presented an unusual thing at Miami Show: not a car, but a sculpture.

An unusual thing by luxury brand

It is made by Julian Schnabel in bronze and stainless steel. As the sculptor says, this is a symbol of “strength and surprises with fluidity and lightness”. The statue is 485 cm high, 170 cm wide and 140 cm deep. Its name is Queequeq after the character from Moby Dick novel. In the next two years Maybach will release several other sculptures, and so this one is the first in line. Maybach global brand manager Patrick Marinoff said this partnership between the brand and the sculptor will be efficient and long.
