Several months ago, the news about possible joint project of Maybach and Aston Martin was the most interesting deal of a time. A share of technologies and platforms was going to happen within this deal.
The deal is upset before beginning
But because of financial problems the sensational union is going to be broken. The project was set up in the way that had to satisfy both companies: Maybach and Aston Martin would be influenced by each other greatly in technical part of production. According to the sources, Aston Martin was not satisfied by the price Maybach was going to pay them for car production. It is not set yet, but the deal’s crush may put an end for Maybach. It is, in fact, already owned by Mercedes-Benz Concern. Many experts are wondering, what brand will take Maybach’s place in the luxury cars market.
